Ensuring proper dynamic balance is important for many rotating components, and this vertical dynamic balancing machine excels at single-plane balancing for disc-shaped parts. With a flexible setup, it accommodates a variety of workpieces by simply switching the mounting fixtures. Real-time data processing is powered by an industrial control computer, providing immediate feedback on imbalance values, phase angles, and rotational speeds. The dynamic balancing system is integrated into an industrial control cabinet, working seamlessly with the mechanical components. For added versatility, the vertical balancer can be customized with universal or specialized fixtures, as well as optional accessories like side-drilling machines, vertical drilling machines, and dust collection systems to meet specific balancing needs.

- Powerful measurement system performance: calibration of any workpiece, starting fromawidemeasurement speed range of 80 revolutions per minute, measuring speed blocks, stable imbalanceamplitude and phase, high deduplication rate, and high sensitivity.
The software comes with a permissible unbalance calculator, and the operator only needs toinput thepermissible vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece tocalculatethe allowable remaining unbalance of the workpiece by clicking on it.
The software is completely self-developed and can be modified or added with software functionsaccording to customer requirements.
Mechanical parts and control
- The equipment adopts a cast base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, whichhavesufficient rigidity and stability. The overload capacity of the same model of equipment is 20%. The main shaft is made of 45 # carbon structural steel. After forging, quenching, andprecisiongrinding, the axial and radial runout are both within 0.01mm; And even if the imbalanceoftheworkpiece exceeds 30000g * cm, the equipment can accurately measure it, and the spindleisofabold type.
- The power transmission adopts a multi wedge belt, which runs smoothly and reliably, withlittleimpact on balance measurement.
- The main spindle is equipped with a synchronous rotating dial, which is convenient for findingthe angle of imbalance. The spindle adopts a hollow structure, and the lower end of the spindle can be connected toarotatingcylinder. The workpiece can be quickly clamped through a pull rod and pneumatic chuck(orpneumatic fixture).
