  • Images or videos
• Assess the actual condition of the equipment
• Provide guidance for basic troubleshooting and self-repair (if applicable)

3. On-Site Inspection

• If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and requires direct intervention:
  • Engineers will register for site access at the customer’s factory/company
  • Schedule an on-site inspection visit

4. Fault Identification & Documentation

• All detected issues and damages will be:
  • Recorded in detail
  • Confirmed with the customer

5. Quotation & Cost Breakdown

• Provide a detailed quotation including:
  • Spare parts replacement costs
  • Technical service fees (if applicable)

6. Spare Parts & Material Preparation

• VintechME prepares required spare parts and materials
• Inform customers about lead time and readiness for repair

7. Repair & Maintenance Execution
