Overview
This machine is primarily used for the fatigue testing of various compression helical springs, tension springs, and small disc springs with a total load of less than 5000N and a testing space of less than 400mm. With the appropriate tooling, it can also perform fatigue tests on torsion springs. Additionally, a temperature chamber can be added to test the spring's lifespan at different temperatures.
Functions and Features
- The amplitude and frequency of the test can be adjusted according to the technical requirements of the spring.
- The touch screen serves as a user-friendly interface, making it easy to operate and clear to read.
- The number of test cycles can be preset, and the machine will automatically stop after completing the set number of cycles.
- The cyclic compression movement of the spring is driven by a motor and a reducer connected to a CAM shaft, enabling reciprocating motion.
- It records the number of cycles, displays data digitally, adjusts the test frequency, and stores the data.
- Simple to operate with reliable and stable performance.
