Overview

The spring fatigue testing machine can be used for tensile or compression durability tests of small helical springs or other elastic components.

After the installation of auxiliary equipment, the machine can also be used to test the durability of components, button springs, and other cases requiring durability testing.

Functions and Features

• Amplitude adjustment function (adjusts the eccentricity of the slider).
• Frequency adjustment function (adjusts the frequency of the inverter, with a knob on the control panel).
• Test times setting function (sets the test times on the touch screen, with automatic stop).
• Break spring stop function at six test stations.
• Emergency stop function: press the emergency stop button to stop the motor.
• Spring compression nut to adjust the test space.
• Safety switch in the amplitude adjustment mechanism. The equipment cannot start during the adjustment process. It can only start after the adjustment is complete.
• Enclosed test space for user safety.
• Three-color alarm lamp function: When the equipment is powered on, the green light is always on; during normal testing, the yellow light is on while the green light is off; if the spring breaks, the red light will turn on and the yellow light will turn off.
