Overview
The mechanical spring fatigue testing machine is primarily used to test the fatigue life of spiral springs and drum-type shock absorbers used in automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. The machine can also be equipped with special fixtures to accommodate the fatigue testing of specific samples.
Functions and Features
The spring fatigue testing machine is mainly composed of four parts: the frame, mechanical support mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. By adjusting the lifting of the lead screw, the machine can meet the size requirements of the test specimen while simultaneously adjusting the amplitude and frequency according to the technical specifications of the spring.
The machine has a maximum load capacity of up to 30kN and is suitable for axial linear fatigue testing and axial flapping fatigue tests for various automobile suspension springs. It can operate with four or two test stations simultaneously.
The test space can be electrically adjusted, and the guiding and locking mechanisms are added to ensure the rigidity of the loading part when the test space is large. The machine uses a flywheel to store energy, and the clutch system ensures smooth starting, significantly reducing motor power and saving on testing costs.
The machine adopts frequency conversion speed control technology to output different test frequencies. An uninterrupted lubrication system ensures proper lubrication of reciprocating parts. The PLC control technology enhances the reliability and anti-interference capabilities of the control system. The machine also features a touchscreen for easy operation and clear display of test results.
It includes a sensitive breakdown detection function, making it convenient for unattended operation. With the equipment status display lamp, users can easily monitor the system remotely. The machine is equipped with safety protection functions, including external equipment protected by mesh, and each side has independently opening doors for easy adjustment and safe operation. The eccentric adjustment mechanism has a safety switch that prevents the equipment from starting when adjusting the amplitude.
