Overview
The mechanical spring fatigue testing machine is mainly used for the fatigue life testing of various spiral springs and drum-type shock absorbers used in automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles.
Special fixtures can also be made to adapt to the fatigue testing of special samples.
Functions and Features
- The spring fatigue testing machine mainly consists of four parts: the frame, mechanical supporting mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. By adjusting the lifting of the lead screw, it meets the requirements for different specimen sizes, while also adjusting the amplitude and frequency based on the technical requirements of the spring.
- The maximum load capacity is up to 30 kN. The machine is suitable for axial linear fatigue testing and axial flapping fatigue testing of various car suspension springs.
- The machine can work with four stations, or two stations can operate simultaneously.
- The test space is electrically adjustable, with guiding and locking mechanisms added to ensure the rigidity of the loading part when dealing with large test spaces.
- Flywheel energy storage and clutch starting provide smooth operation, significantly reducing motor power consumption and saving testing costs.
- The machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology to output different testing frequencies.
- It features an uninterrupted lubrication system to ensure proper lubrication of reciprocating parts.
- Using PLC control technology, the reliability and anti-interference performance of the traditional control system have been significantly improved.
- The machine is equipped with a touchscreen for operation and display, making test results clear and easy to handle.
- A sensitive breakdown function is available for convenient operation without supervision.
- The machine has an equipment status display lamp for easy monitoring, allowing remote monitoring.
- Safety Protection Function:
- All external equipment has protective nets, and each side can open independently for easy adjustments and safe operation.
- The eccentric adjustment mechanism includes a safety switch, which prevents the equipment from starting when adjusting the amplitude. The switch must be activated to allow the equipment to start.
