The customer reported the following condition:
- The chamber is running, but:
- Humidity constantly displays 100% RH
- Unable to adjust or reduce humidity

On-Site Inspection and Findings
After receiving the request, VintechME engineers conducted an on-site inspection and identified the main causes:
1. Missing Wet-Bulb Wick
The wet-bulb wick is a critical component in wet-bulb/dry-bulb humidity measurement systems.
When the wick is missing:
- The wet-bulb sensor cannot function correctly
- The system misinterprets the environment as fully saturated
→ Resulting in a constant reading of 100% RH
This is the direct cause of the incorrect humidity display.
2. Condenser Fan Failure
The condenser fan is responsible for:
- Heat dissipation of the refrigeration system
- Maintaining stable cooling and dehumidification cycles
When the fan is not operating:
- Cooling efficiency drops significantly
- Moisture cannot condense properly → humidity cannot decrease
- The system may remain “stuck” at 100% RH
This is an indirect but critical cause.
