Recently, VintechME engineers carried out the repair and refrigerant refilling of the evaporator system for a temperature and humidity environmental test chamber (climatic chamber) for a customer in Quang Nam.
Equipment Condition Before Repair
- After receiving the repair request, VintechME engineers conducted an on-site inspection of the chamber
- The chamber could only operate at high temperature ranges and was unable to reach -30°C as specified
- The pressure gauge reading was below the nominal value, indicating a suspected refrigerant leakage in the evaporator system
Repair Solution
- Performed nitrogen charging to detect and locate the leakage point
- After identifying the leak, engineers repaired it by sealing (brazing) the leaking section of the pipeline
- Refilled refrigerant gas
Testing & Acceptance
- After trial operation, the chamber successfully reached the required low temperature according to the manufacturer’s specifications
- The customer confirmed and signed the acceptance report
