Dual Chamber Application

  • Fully automatic vacuum jewelry casting machine adopts a revolutionary new dual chamber concept. Its melting chamber and casting chamber are completely independent. When casting, the machine can control the injection of metal into the mold by applying a pressure difference during the pouring process.

1. Vacuum Protection

  • Creates a high vacuum environment for jewelry casting under a pressurized pressure of 10 – 120 kPa. Precious metals will not contact air to cause oxidation, and the cast jewelry will be free from bubbles, pores, and defects.

2. PID + Mitsubishi PLC Control

  • PID temperature control panel maintains temperature accuracy within ±1 °C.

  • Mitsubishi PLC human–machine interface enables one-click fully automatic operation.

3. Automatic Lifting Design

  • The casting chamber uses air‑pressure automatic lifting, convenient for loading/unloading castings. This increases chamber volume and pressure, significantly enhancing casting results.

4. Platinum & Gold Dual‑Use

  • Max temperature: 2100 °C.

  • At 1600 °C can cast gold, silver, and other low‑temp metals.

  • At 2100 °C can cast high‑temp refractory metals like platinum, palladium, and rhodium.
