The ball crater test (Calotest) is a well established method for the determination of layer thickness. With a rotating steel ball and an abrasive slurry, a spherical cap is ground through the coating into the base material of the sample. When examined with a microscope, the layer/base material interface appears as a circle or, in case of a multilayer coating, a system of concentric circles. The layer thickness can be calculated from the diameters of these circles and the diameter of the grinding ball.

Ice Water Shock Test Chamber mainly simulates the thermal shock caused by ice water in the splash area of vehicles. Simulate driving on water surface in winter when ice water splashes on the system / component.Product Description

The testing equipment is used to evaluate the fatigue of test specimens by applying fatigue loads to products or samples. The equipment fully complies with the requirements of reliability testing and is designed and manufactured according to customized standards to meet customer needs.

KU universal material testing machine series is to test the material property by measuring load, strength, elongation, internal tearing strength and bending test for various products such as fiber, rubber, film, plastic, wood and metal. It is also used to perform static load test, repetitive fatigue test and friction coefficient test including general tests such as compression, tensile, tear bending and peeling test. The high-precision controller enables to control the machine easily. Also the machine is controlled by PC with software.

This device is suitable for the 45-degree rotational durability testing of power cords, headphone cords, and new data cables used in mobile phones, e-books, tablets, electronic dictionaries, laptops, headband headphones, and similar products.

This machine is suitable for bending resistance tests of headphone cables, USB cables, multi-core cables, communication cables, flat cables, and signal cables.

In many EVs, the heating and cooling systems drain the battery and negatively affect the vehicle’s range. Comparing test results before and after a load change test on a function test bench can show how power consumption and performance change over the vehicle’s service life
