Overview
This machine is suitable for testing the sudden tensile strength of power cords and headphone cables for devices such as mobile phones, e-readers, tablets, electronic dictionaries, laptops, and headphones.

Test Method:

Fix one end of the power cord or headphone cable to the clamp as illustrated below (the plug is clamped either vertically or horizontally).

Attach a specialized weight at a position 150mm from the plug. The weight used is 130g.

Set the number of test cycles on the touchscreen, e.g., 200 cycles. The machine automatically stops after completing the preset number of cycles.

Press the test button: the pneumatic clamp secures the weight, and the electric cylinder raises it by 150mm. The pneumatic clamp immediately releases the weight, causing a sudden tensile force on the cord. This cycle repeats until the test is complete.

The machine is equipped with a photoelectric switch. If the cord breaks during testing and the weight falls to the base, the machine automatically stops and triggers an alarm with sound and a warning light.
