Overview

HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) chambers can perform very extreme accelerated test, which is applied to test high temperature and high humidity resistance of product or material under condition of specified temperature (above 100°C), humidity (65% to 100%) and specified pressure. HAST is one method of environmental tests used for electrical and electronic parts and devices. HAST (PCT) Chamber is mainly used for testing semiconductors, IC packing, plastic sealed parts and so on, meeting JESD22-A100 to A118 bias (BHAST) or unbias (UHAST) accelerated moisture resistance test and pct test. HAST (PCT) Chamber adopts a double-layer arc inner tank design to prevent condensation and dripping water. Thereby avoiding the influence of test results due to the direct impact of superheated steam.
